I'm a huge fan of Free People clothing. When I saw this Free People dress, I just had to try it on. I really liked the floral lace pattern on the waist. Although the dress was super cute, I didn't get it because I wasn't crazy about the rose print. Price Tag $50, but went on clearance for $35 later.
The first time I saw this dress was on Aimee from Song of Style at a Piperlime event. She was wearing the dress in purple, and I was obsessed with the color. Free People clothing tends to be a bit pricey, so I tried finding it at a discounted price but wasn't able to. However, I did find the dress at Marshalls in white and black. I'm a fan of white dresses, but I wasn't too thrilled about the yellow lining. Price Tag $50, but went on clearance for $35 later.
Unfortunately, I don't remember the designer of this dress. But it's a pretty color, and I liked the back of the dress. Price Tag $30. Similar one here.
This houndstooth Sans Souci dress will be great for the early fall. It will look perfect with a black biker style jacket and black heels. My favorite thing about this dress is the drop waist. It's too bad they didn't have my size. Instead, I bought the medium and had it taken in on the back and sides. I debated having the armholes shifted up to shorten the dress. I was worried that the waist of this dress was sitting too low, but the tailor disagreed with me. Price Tag $25. Similar one here.
I wasn't sure how I felt about this Cynthia Rowley dress on the hanger. I knew it was going to be loose fitting due to the cut of the dress. A woman told me that I needed a smaller size. All I could think was "Lady, this is an xs. It's not designed to be fitted." I used my camera strap as a belt to see what it would look like with a belt. The braided straps add a nice touch. This dress also came in a blue pattern. Price Tag $30. Cute one here.
Another Free People Dress. The back of this dress isn't featured, but I liked that embroidery only continued down the sides of the back.
Collective Concepts Dress for $35.
Aren't these Rebecca Minkoff shoes gorgeous? I practically ran to them when I saw them on display. I'm slightly obsessed with shoes in the camel/tan family. I I have about six pairs in that color... Anyway, I wasn't willing to pay $100 for these gorgeous shoes. I knew they were going to go on clearance, so I waited for the price to go down. And I scored them for $69! Ignore my sneakers in the second photo. I was at the gym prior to this.
Stay tuned for my Marshalls' purses edition! Now if only they had a TJ Maxx near me..
